Unusual dark blue sports hat with button-down bill, embroidered logo (reminiscent of the Kansas City Monarchs Negro Leagues team), "41 Action News" logo on the back. This is a fitted, non-adjustable hat, not sized, so I am GUESSING that it is about a 7 to 7 1/4, judging by the fit. The bill does not unsnap, it is permanently fastened down.
