Box is in poor condition, with a good bit of wear. Van is in excellent condition, never been taken out of the package. Sold as is, no returns. . We are a small business. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday 9 to 6 Eastern Time . Most items are shipped within 2 business days. If we do not meet the two day mark we will contact you with the shipment date. All items are shipped as is no warranty unless otherwise stated. We do not ship until payment is received. All of our pictures are of the product we are shipping. We do not use stock photos so please use your photos for better descriptions and what the product is coming with. The sooner your payment is in the sooner we will ship. If there's any questions about the product feel free to contact us. We try to answer all questions as soon as possible even after hours. Return Policy is 30 days, just make sure to return the item in the same condition you received it. If you change your mind and you want to return the item we'll have the right to deduct the shipping cost that we paid and charge you 15% restocking fees. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and buyer pays the return shipping fees
