A great old primitive 3 gallon crock. It is a rich tan exterior, with a dark brown inside. It has a nice decoration on the front in cobalt blue of the #3, inside a circle or wreath, also in the cobalt blue. T are applied handles and a rolled rim around the top. T are 2 decorative impressed rings around the crock, near the top. It measures about 11 inches tall X 9-3/4 inches diameter. The side of the crock tapers in ever so slightly toward the top. I do not see w this crock is marked. It weighs about 12-1/2 pounds. It is in very nice condition. T is one fleabite on the bottom rim that looks like it may have been a bubble blow out. It doesn't show when it is setting on a shelf. T is one fleabite on the inside top rim, which looks to be a factory flaw, as some of the brown slip covers part of it. This nice old primitive shows signs of age, use and wear. What a great chance to buy this great old beauty now. The well wrapped, double boxed shipping weight of this crock is 19 pounds; plus a $5.00 wrapping fee, (due to the amount of bubble wrap used), and which also includes Delivery Confirmation.
