This aesthetic sphere is carved from natural material with veins of Charoite, a rare mineral with a glorious purple colors with the unique patterns of swirls, feathers and needles, through a base of Tinaksite. The Charoite deposit located in the Murun Mountains in Yakutia, Russia is the only location in the world where this material is found. The name Charoite was confirmed by the Commission on New Mineral Species in 1978. Charoite is said to be the stone of the spirit. Auction includes handcarved tripod wood stand as pictured.
