These unique,hand-made and hand painted wooden nesting dolls,created in Brest region,Belarus in 1989-1990 and marked "Made in USSR". The Brest region (well-known since eleventh century) is a major production senter for Nesting Dolls(Matryoshkas) and manufacture more than 20 different Matryoshka sets. Belarus located N. of the Ukraine,W.of Moscow, E. of Poland and S. of Baltic Sea. Our collection of Dolls-rare,desirable items for collectors.
