7NK1WY, SH187g, JAPAN, 100% ORIGINAL HANSATSU of Silver 1 Monme Trade Note issued by DAITOKU DEN in Kii no KUNI (WAKAYAMA Ken - Prefecture). NANBU ARATAME seal at upper right on back shows this note was used in YAMATO area. Exchange by ON KASHITSUKE YOUSHO . Issued in March, KEIO 2nd year (1866) in the end of EDO Era. EDOSHIHEI lists as 2257. Size is 3.6 x 15.6 cm or about 1.3/8 x 6.1/8 inches. Shows some age and wear, creases, wrinkles, otherwise still Fine Condition and Appearance. Please Note that some Hansatsu notes are in Very POOR Condition, but they might not exist in Very Fine Condition today. This is not a reproduction, but the original item . I guarantee my lot.
