Up for auction is this UNUSED, 1985 Bob Cargill, Cripple Creek Custom hand made (2) blade TRAPPER Pattern, folding slipjoint pocket knife. This one is the rare HALF BREED series showing the now famous HALF BREED red etch on the Main Blade . This knife has got vintage HONEY BONE scales.( Please see all the ENLARGED photo's) These flawlessly jigged HONEY COMB BONE scales have no cracks or chips. They have a superior fit and finish to them as does this entire piece. She also has got the traditional three legged BUFFALO shield on the front. This very fine (2) blade TRAPPER pattern has Hi-Carbon steel blades. The main blade(Clip) has the early vintage tang stamp in three lines: Cripple {over} Creek {over} U.S.A. .. The secondary blade(Spey) has the now famously dated Cripple Creek Circle Design Tang Stamp with: 85 Cripple Creek Circles . Both blades open and snap close hard and fast and sport the very fancy Match-Striker pulls. No blade rub. No blade wobble. The bolsters are highly polished Nickle-Silver with Brass liners and pins.
