So pleased to offer this piece! These old bottle dolls are very collectable, but hard to find intact due to the materials used and the fact they were handmade. This old girl has two braids under an old straw hat held in place with an old hat pin. Her facial features are intact however there is no mouth. Lovely red gingham dress with apron, showing appropiate wear for age. Body consist of black material over a heavy glass bottle, body being stuffed from the waist up with a cotton material. Some parts have old wide head flat top pins holding them in place (make-do repairs) which I have left as they add to the charm of this old piece. She meausres 16 X 3 1/2.
