This is a wonderful late 1800's S.F.B.J Character toddler doll. He has an adorable face with a laughing smile and two upper teeth. His cheeks have great color and he has a sweet double chin. The doll has brown glass sleep eyes with finely painted upper and lower lashes. His body is made of composition and has some wear, especially on the hands with one missing a thumb. The dolls head is dirty but free of chips or cracks. He is marked S.F.B.J 236 Paris. The doll comes in a light pink dress which has a musty smell, staining and small holes, a pair of crotched booties and a short human hair wig. The wig hairs come out easily when lightly pulled on. Also a wonderful hat. He measures 15" tall and is from a smoke free home.
