This auction is for a pitcher in the Aesthetic style. The bottom says CLEMATIS K&C. The pitcher measures 7 1/2 inches high. The base is 5 inches and the top opening is 3 3/4 inches. T are no cracks or chips. The pitcher is in very good condition for its age. I believe it is older. I bought this from a dealer in CT who went to England every year to purchase and bring back red transferware. I paid a lot for this piece. It is quite unusual and not something I have ever seen in the red color. This is from my personal collection - I am not an antique dealer. I have been collecting red transferware for years and always just bought what I thought was beautiful. I will be moving for the 3rd time in two years and just don't want to pack everything up one more time. I will be selling a hundred or so pieces of red transferware over the next few weeks - Spode, Johnson Bros, Woods & Sons etc. so check my other listings and come back often as I will try to list every day.
