This set of 4 are all B&O hopper cars and include the light gray coal load insert (easily removed). They are operator grade, but then again, you don't need to weather them to look like real coal cars. They roll just fine and are priced just right. Yes, they are missing steps, but there are no cracks or major defects. Just buy them and start delivering coal to the industries on your layout. Don't let my low feedback score scare you. I had another ebay account (afman) for 7 years and had over 500 positive feedback ratings. I have been an S gauger since 1989 and was the founding member of the Atlantic Coast S Gaugers - Washington and Old Dominion Chapter. I only accept bids from buyers in the lower 48 states.
