Ahrenfeldt Limoges AHR 208 (4) 5 Piece Formal Place Settings All 5 pieces This is a gorgeous set of Charles Ahrenfeldt Limoges china which looks like it was hardly ever used. We have many more pieces of this pattern that we will be listing over the next few weeks. The only pattern name I have found at Replacements dot Com is AHR 208 and they do not have any in stock. This auction is for a beautiful set of four 5 piece formal place settings. Included in this set are 4 cups, 4 saucers, 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates, 4 bread and butter plates, and 4 rimmed soup bowls. The cups measure 3-7/8" in diameter and are 1-7/8" high. The saucers measure 5-5/8" in diameter. The dinner plates measure 10-3/8" in diameter. The salad plates measure 7-1/4" in diameter. The bread and butter plates measure 6-1/4" in diameter, and the rimmed soup bowls measure 7-5/8" in diameter. The pattern is a cream background with a turquoise blue band around the center, a multicolor floral pattern, a gold band at the edge with textured tulips and dots, and the other gold band has dots, latticework and waves. The set is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. T is a green stamp on the bottom of each piece. Each piece has a tiny signature which looks like Mireille? I believe this pattern was made between 1894 and the 1930's. The set will be packed very well and insurance is required.
