I am downsizing my Department 56 Christmas House collection. I will be posting more items in the coming weeks, so please check out my other listings! This piece is the All Saints Corner Church from the Christmas in the City series. This item makes a great corner piece for your display. This piece is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks; the box sleeve shows average shelf wear for its age. It was issued in 1991 and retired in 1998. At the time of issuance, it retailed for a whopping $110.00! Please contact me with any questions.
