Without solicitation on my part, it has been conferred on me." Goes on to demand every man left at home to work must work hard or return to their companies, banning all buying from, selling to, or trading with negroes except under written authority of their master, and all manufacturing, buying, or selling of liquors to absolutely cease under martial law.
