we have Amazing Spider-Man #32 CGC graded 7.5 but in my opinion it looks much more like a 8.5-9.0. A good canidate for resubmission. This silver age jewel features art by Steve Ditko and a great script by Stan Lee! This is part 2 to one of the first and greatest Spider-man saga's ever written!
