The Boulevard pattern features a cluster of multicolored flowers in the center of each plate. The rim is decorated with a wide band of sky blue filled with scrolls and curlicues. Two bands of gold trim appear outside the blue band. Inside the blue is a border design of muiltifloral blossoms in red, blue and goldenrod with green foliage.
