Having serviced Lionel transformers for almost 30 years for some of the finest Chicago area hobby shops, you are assured of receiving a fully functional transformer! 's and usually quiet late 175W "pancake" transformer that is fully functional including a working circuit breaker which is unusual for these models. The 18.7 volt output of this transformer far exceeds the 15 volt shown on cover! T are NO cracks in the case and any rust on the bottom base plate was removed and t is absolutely no rust on the secondary base plate.The power cord was replaced for safety as I always do! The speed nos. on the cover were "enhanced" for easier reading. This 22035 will shipped "upside-down" because the coil is hanging from the cover by plastic studs that often break in shipping and will DOUBLE boxed!I ship next business day after receiving M/O/check or Paypal confirmation.
