Beautiful, uncommon, in like-new condition, an original 24419 Canadian National Reefer with box. The CNR decals are pristine and original. The reefer is pristine, free of rust and scratches. Graphics and lettering are phenomenally crisp and stunning . This car would be rated in mint condition if it were not for four minor imperfections. (1) in the middle of the catwalk, please refer to photo #4. (2) at the tip of the overhanging catwalk on the brake wheel end, (3) a minute hairline crack to the left of the screw, please refer to photo #6 and (4) bottom right minor box wear, please refer to photo #1. Imperfections (2) and (3) are so minor that they are hard to detect unless you carefully look for them. The first imperfection stated could have come from box wear. However, this car was manufactured in 1958 and there is no way to definitively state how these minor imperfections occurred from 60 years ago. The condition of this item just does not warrant the first thought of damages from use. This is a high-end collector quality car that comes with its original box. The box is a brick with the exception of the outer, front end flap which is taped and is also missing one inner flap. There is also faintly handwritten 24419 on the red portion on one side of the box. However, from a collector's perspective, the print on the flap is very distinct
