Commander plate is for the Flying Colonel loco. Finish is dirty with wear. Most wear is on top and bottom edges and inside floor. There is some corrosion on couplers and wheels. Gondola should clean up some. Novelty item with odd-ball plates. Number is stamped underside. Please Note: We ship items when paid.
