locomotive has 1 chip in white wall, loco is missing 1 of the small pieces that holds the handrail on, missing screw to hold rear trucks, panel in cab that wires plug into is broken , tender is missing 1 handrail on rear corner, missing rear coupler, wires from tender to loco need to be replaced, smoke unit is in tender, note on train said that smoke works, motor and wheels move freely but has not been tested, clean just dusty with small scuff marks
