American Girl Bitty Baby 8 inches tall wearing Satin Like Dressing Gown

I really know nothing about these dolls. The back of her neck is marked American Girl LLC, also there is a tag attached to her body that says the same. After doing research, I found similar dolls listed as Bitty Baby but they were larger then her. She is only 8 inches tall. I think she may be a Bitty baby doll but not sure. She has blond painted hair and blue eyes. They are not the kind of eyes that open and close. they are painted as well as her eyelashes. She is wearing a satin-like beige colored gown. I don't know if that is the original gown that came with the doll. It also has an American girl tag. It is hand washable in cold water and line dry. gown is a little bit wrinkled but I didn't want to try and press it for fear that I might ruin it. The doll itself looks in good condition. The only thing that I noticed is that there is a small mark, circle shaped on the top of her head. I took a picture to show it.Update. Someone was kind enough to email me with additional information on this doll.She is Polly baby sister of Felicity. She originally came with a wooden cradle. That is her original Christening gown. She is missing the bonnet and of course the cradle. She is since retired.
