This is Angus, an antique Englishmohair pajama case in the form of a cute Terrier dog! Angus measures about 20" long and has a good covering of long soft off white/blondemohair, with a shorter mohair covering his underside (not quite as bright as the pictures). Underneath him is a zip which says LIGHTNING on the tag. The interior is lined in a yellowed quilted satin material. His head, legs and tail feel like they are stuffed with woodwool. I believe he is probably made by Farnell and dates to c1940s. He has black and amber glass eyes, his original label which says “”ANGUS” 8191/5 Made in England” and what looks to be his original ribbon around his neck.
