A very nice Ansonia novelty # 20 (2 birds). The birds measure 4 1/2" with a near mint 2 inch dial. In 1892 the clock had a gilt finish and like so many others only a smattering of gilt can be seen on the underside. The clock retains a very nice dark patina the patina has not been tampered with. The one photo shows it to look silver, not so, it is quite dark in person. I can find nothing broken or repaired on the clock, It is slightly bent on the tip of the tail and does not run at this time. Buyer pays actual shipping.
