Anti-War poster from the Vietnam era, featuring art by Pablo Picasso This is a poster, utilizing the drawing of The War Monster by Pablo Picasso. The New Mobilization Committee obtained permission from the artist to use the image in its call for marchers in Washington D.C. in November 1969. This is an original poster from that year . Presumably, a limited number of the posters were printed to be posted mainly in Washington D.C., with a quantity of them mailed to other cities. The poster is approximately 15 x 23 inches, with just a few marginal closed tears. A larger tear, which invaded Picasso's drawing by four inches on the left margin, has been professionally repaired. There are pinholes in each corner, where thumbtacks held it to a bulletin board. Will be shipped flat sandwiched in plexiglas. FREE standard shipping to addresses in the Continental US.
