Double your traffic. This is a stunning English COVERED VEGETABLE BOWL made by ROYAL WORCESTER in 1888 (based on registration marks on reverse side of plates). These pieces are in EXCELLENT CONDITION, with no chips, cracks, repairs or signs of wear. It looks as though these two pieces were placed in a secure box when it was made some 125 years ago and just taken out! The BOWL measures 11" across from edge of handle to edge of handle by 8 3/4", and stands 6" tall. The motif consists of cobalt blue flowers against a white background. The handles are shaped like elephant tusks while the finial on the lid looks like a crab. The handles and the finial have lots of gold. Quite a lovely set of antique porcelain that will compliment so many fine dinnerware patterns. Shipping is via standard post within the US only and includes full insurance.
