This is a beautiful piece of Wavecrest. It has a beaded top edge with handpainted flowers on two sides. The base of the glass is three-dimensional sticking out. It is mounted on a brass ormolu ornate base. This is an antique item, not new. Out of an estate. It is in very good condition with no chips cracks or repairs. I believe it to be from around 1900.
