This medal is 1 inch long, not counting the bale, and it weighs 9 grams of bronze. The medal was truck in the Papal States in the 18th century. The images share the same medal because of the painting posted above where both Saints appear; The apparition of St John of Capistrano to St Peter of Alcantara by Luca Giordano, Court painter in Spain (1692-1702).
