For auction is this original early 1900's Art Nouveau electric figure lamp signed by listed and celebrated artist Auguste Moreau. This lamp is of a cast spelter with a beautiful pure marble base, which is a mix of green, black, white and gray. The bottom of the figure is marked with "Aus Moreau" and a small brass button with "Fabrication Francaise Paris Made In France." The figure lamp was originally gilded in bronze, which is now only found faintly in the crevices of the figure. The figure lamp is in perfect condition, excluding a missing finger on the hand. I believe the finger can easily be fixed by a professional. The lamp is Not cracked or broken, beyond the one missing finger. I do not have the original working lamp parts.
