Approx 7 5/8" long. It advertised Martin H. Smith of New York, who must have been a pharmacist or sales rep for a manufacturer or distributor. Besides Glyco-Heroin, they seemed to be t is something called Ergoapiol. The handle also has a letter stamper built into it. Some metal corrosion (see pics). Please e-mail any questions.
