Up for your bidding pleasure is an Antique Black Sambo Sitting at the Door. This is an original Black Sambo. I tested the cast iron in this item and found that the metal in the cap remains strong. However, there appears to be sufficient loss of metal on the body of Sambo. Also some of paint is peeling on the backside. This is normal for an antique of this age. There is some loss of iron. When you look at the eyes you can see the determination in Sambo to protect the door. This piece is in good antique condition.
