SEE PHOTO.� SIZE IS APPOX 2 3/16 � X 2 1/2. WITH WOOD FRAME 3 X 3 1/4. MEDAL IS CUT INTO WOOD FRAME."Franz Stiasny� (1881–1941, in Poland) produced a large series of� bronze� portrait medals of important writers, musicians and historical personages in rectangular formats. Stiasny was famous for his portraits of famous composers. Various beautiful bronze medal were cast in Austria, c.1930.
