Antique Chinese Embroidered Fan Box Estate fresh antique Chinese embroidered fan box, the box is done with the "forbidden stitch" and couching embroidery style, featuring two figures in a garden. Unfortunately due to wear there is some losses to the embroidery and the couching is coming up in places. This piece is part of a collection of fine antique Chinese objects that we are presenting here in one sale. The first item will sell at 11 pm on Saturday night here on the East Coast, 8 pm on the West Coast and 11am Sunday morning in Beijing CST; there is one minute between each item,the sale should last about 20 minutes. HEIGHT 2 1/4 inches ( 5.8 cm ) WIDTH 11 3/8 inches ( 28.9 cm ) This fine antique is offered with no reserve, I trust my descriptions and photos will enable eBay bidders to take this to a fair price.
