Time to start downsizing. I am listing a bunch of fine antique items at the moment. Nearly all of them have been in our family for decades. Check out my other listings, I am always happy to combine shipping. Here I am offering a lovely antique Chinese Canton mid 1800's export fan. All hand painted, with glued on ox-bone faces, clothing is glued on fabric. It is double sided, as nice on one side as on the other. Seams to represent the emperors court on one side and the empress's one on the other? About 60 ox bone faces on both sides (2 missing). I throw in for free the antique box my family got it in long ago.I took many more photos and will be happy to send them to you.Size: About 21" across. The guard-sticks are nearly 11" long. Condition: Good antique condition. One of the leaves is ripped all through, easy to repair. Two ox bone faces missing. Light age related wear and tear. The box is damaged, hinges broken and the lid is missing the side pieces. See photos. Shipping: Always at cost (and I am happy to combine shipping, will be listing another similar fan shortly): Shipping is $25 = in North America by airmail, worldwide by surface (takes 5-8 weeks, airmail according to cost, depends on destination , carrier and insurance). Of course I do accept returns if I made a mistake and overlooked something significant.
