Don't miss it! is a beautiful ginger jar / urn It is made out of thick glazed stoneware w hand painted decoration, consisting of hibiscus and a bird T are 3 Chinese characters on the back, as seen on the photos Chinese in origin from late 1800's - great indication for the age are the carbon deposits on the underside (please, see photos) The wooden lid is original to the piece Measurements: Approx. 8.5" tall; 8.5" largest diameter Condition: Very Good/Excellent overall; It has a very shallow glaze flake on the top rim, w the lid meets the main body.
