Item is in beautiful shape. Most of the label on the front is gone, but enough remains to be able to identify it as a Parker's mill. From what I could find, this particular mill began production in 1860 through 1890. It is differentiated by the decorative cast iron hopper and its original decorative knobs on top used to adjust the grind. It appears to have had little, if any, use. The interior and collection box are extremely clean. Grinder turns easily and the adjustment knobs turn freely and seem to function correctly.
