Antique Swiss Desk Clock (Switzerland) with hand painted face (the clock itself is dwarfed by the artwork). Clock in excellent condition, windup. BUT! The crystal or glass face is apart from it and needs to be reattached. This crystal also has edge/corner chips. Back reads: La Vieux Chateau fab. suisse" (the old castle) and it sits on a small marble base. This is a small clock, but so beautiful. Roman numeral face, painted on. Base us about 5" long and clock is 4" x 3". Painting seems to be in perfect condition. Signed but signature is difficult to read, begins with a D, or first initial D.
