This is a very pretty antique lamp. Stamped Monowatt around the top of the bulb fitting. Numbered on the bottom with E-11958-2. Lamp is made of porcelain/ ceramic. Off white background has a circle on the front with a beautiful picture of a courting colonial couple. George Washington era clothing. The woman is sitting on a bench in a park like setting. The man looks like he is about to bend to his knees leaning forward to be closer to her. Gold painted trim, I believe is real gold paint. The bulb fitting is made of ceramic. This lamp measures 26 1/4 inches tall including the frame to hold a shade. 17 1/2 inches from base to light bulb base. It is 9 inches wide. T are a few pin sized spots on the lamp that the glaze did not cover while originally fired. Great for your vintage or Victorian style home. I bought this lamp along with many more antique and vintage lamps at a local antique auction. I also purchased many pieces of depression glass, pottery, porcelain, stoneware and crystal. I will be listing all of them. Keep your eyes on my site for something you may have been looking for!
