Up for auction: *Georgeous Copper Kettle- Hammered !! color: COPPER Just out of storage... an OUTSTANDING Copper Kettle Weighs almost 6 lbs!! (that is not boxed or packed) Measures 15-1/4" diameter, 11" tall, handle is another 7-8" Fabulous patina, wonderful lines, Brass welding, hammered on bottom and part way on the curve of the bottom part of this kettle. The handle and brackets are solid brass. T is one dent and some small dentings which add to it's charm and due to the age and material this is quite common. Great simple detailing in the brackets with metal rivets! I can not tell you how many ideas I have for using this outstanding kettle... my first thought was a planter, but it is really too nice to put dirt into! Use your imagination...What about a holder for your fire wood next to your fireplace!!!!! If you love copper items, you absolutely can not miss out on this item, the pictures do not due this piece justice... Snatch this up quick, because it won't last long!
