All white with molded grapes-and-ivy motif, clear glaze. Oval with fitted lid. PERIOD: 19th century PLACE OF ORIGIN: Likely England but unsure MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES: Ceramic and glaze MARKS: None found CONDITION: Tight hairline crack to lid. Minor discolorations, nicks, flakes and glaze skips, darkened areas between leaves on lid. Discreet chips on bottom.
