Antique Double School Slate Chaulk Board 'GERM-PROOF' Slatington PA Early 1900s Description: This is an exceptional double school slate board dating, I would guess, to the early 1900s. It is labeled GERM PROOF and was made by the National School Slate Company, Slating, PA. Each board is marked GERM PROOF, each measures 9 x 13 inches and each is bound by felt cording. The frames are in excellent condition and the slate has only a few minor scratches on one surface. It would be hard to find a better example of a double slate board for your collection. The boards will be double boxed and have a shipping weight of 3 pounds 4 ounces. Thanks for looking. Payment: I appreciate your interest in my auctions.
