Here is an earlier Dresden Alt Meissen Parian wall plaque, circa 1934. Rococo style piece, it depicts pastoral scenes of courting couples. In high relief bisque Parian porcelain these type of pieces capture the charm and wit of the Rococo period where the ladies and gents entertained themselves in the grand gardens of the Rococo castles. Presented against a pink field of porcelain and housed in deep gold gilded wood frame. The Dresden cross mark is incised and incorporated in the Rococo curvature pattern to bottom. The frame is great with the white on the sides which really shabby chic paris apartments this piece up...if that makes sense.Would also look great in a little girl's room.Height = 13 3/4"Length = 11 1/4"(Plaque is 9" tall by 6 5/8")Ready to hang on your wall!I will ship anywhere!***If interested in a Buy it Now price, please let me know!***If you have any questions, please let me know through nifferlee at bellsouth dot net or through Ebay.Increase traffic to your listing with Auctiva's FREE Scrolling Gallery.
