Antique Effanbee Composition Comp Boy Male Doll From a estate sale, here is this Effanbee composition doll. Measures 21" (knees are slightly bent) in tall, his eyes do open and close when tilted, but one does not fully close. The legs, head and hands are composition and cloth body. The back of the neck states " Effanbee Made in USA". Very good condition with only a few cracks and no damage. I don't think the outfit is original - has no tags.
