A lovely example of antique English majolica. This a creamer and a sugar bowl in pineapple pattern. These pieces date to approximately late 1800's. There appear to be subtle variation in the pattern. The pieces are in good overal condition. The creamer - good condition. Glaze is even, typical crazing, glaze on the tip of the spout slightly wore off. Inside apears to be a tiny hairline, not a large crack and not visible unless look close. Sugar bowl - good condition, no cracks or hairlines, crazing, a couple of small scuffs on the glaze. All wear commensurate with age and are typical for early majolica. Please see photos for detail
