This 4" tall figural silverplate napkin ring is of a boy and girl reading a book. The napkin ring has an opened book that is the actual napkin ring holder with the saying "WHAT ARE THE WILD WAVES SAYING". There is a seascape image on the other side of the opened book. Fair condition with some scuffing and discoloring of patina. I have not cleaned this item; the new owner can clean/polish. No chips, cracks or repairs on this napkin ring. This Quadruple Plated napkin ring was made by Simpson, Hall, Miller & Company.
