You are bidding on an antique fireman's bed key or bed wrench. Stamped R Timmins & Sons #3. Frome the late 1700's or early 1800's . At that time early beds were rope beds being one of the most prized possesions of citizens. In the even of a fire, a fireman could use this wrench to take apart and remove bed. Was also used to tighten ropes, thus the phrase "sleep tight" No international bidding.
