You are invited to bid on an antique Gilbert Capitol No. 45 gingerbread mantel or shelf clock that can be used for parts or repair.Aside from the missing cabinet parts, the clock appears to be complete. The clock chimes. The glass in the door is in excellent condition with all graphics and no chips or cracks. The hands are good, as well. The face has some stains as shown in photo #3. The backboard is in very good condition and has a very readable label. On the label and on the interior works is: WM. L. GILBERT CLOCK CO., WINSTEAD, CONN. U.S.A. The pendulum and key are included. If you are a clock repair person or need some parts for your old clock, they are.
