Hello All I'm selling a antique Survey transit with its tripod and a lot of other small tools as well. I don't know the name of the small tools, but it also comes with a eye level and its original leather case. I found these in the attic Of Our old house In Detroit, The wood box has 2 emblems one says: B.K. Elliott CO. Pitsburgh Detroit Clevland and the other says: Gurley Engineering instruments Troy NY USA The transit itself has the following writings on it:47386 W & L.E. Gurley and the tripod says: K & E CO NY The Transit fits perfectly Onto the tripod, theirs a knarled cover that protects the threads that is removable. The transit could use some cleaning. They been sitting in my garage for a while now and its time for them to have a new home, they look very antique and I'm guessing their back from the1920's and earlier even back to the 1880 and Up. Their In good physical and working condition. Payment: Payment is due within 3 days of end of auction, unless something else we arrange.
