Hertel, Schwab & Co. Character Baby Doll Description: Here's a darling character baby by Hertel, Schwab & Company! She features a bisque "domed" socket head with brown glass sleep eyes and an open mouth with 2 upper teeth and tongue molded with her lower lip; and molded and painted hair. Five piece composition baby body. Base of her neck is chipped next to the mold marking... but it's hidden under the body unless you tilt the head all the way forward. Back of her head is marked "Made in Germany 151/ 3/". 1960s era quilted baby dress and sleeper cap. Dimensions: Measures 9" tall . Condition: Bisque head is chipped at the bottom of the neck next to the "3" marking. No hairlines or cracks. Thumb on the right hand is chipped, no other damage to her body.
