Antique hickory J.H. Taylor's patented twisted neck putter This putter is 34 1/2" in length, has a straight dark stained hickory shaft with a polished finish. The padded period russet leather grip and whipping are perfect. The shaft is tight to the hosel, no gaps and the pin is not visible. The club head has an even overall patina. The face and leading edge are perfect, no damage. The back has several stampings. The strong stamps are: VL&D New York and Alex Milne Jr. Special. The weak but readable stamps are; Cann & Taylor Hand Forged - in scrip J.H. Taylor - Taylor's Putter - Made in Great Britain. Putter is fit for play or display. Refund if not as described.
