A set of antique Higo "Mountain Pass" design Fuchi Kashira size: fuchi outside: 3.9 cm x 2.35 cm x 1cm deep inside: 2.35 x 1.75cm x 9mm kashira outside: 3.4 cm x 2.3cm inside: 2.1cm x 1.35cm Age on these is circa 17 75 -18 25 , or circa N apolean if you are French . (joking... about the F rench) ~Photos of Higo tsuka and of this fuchi kashira mounted with a Higo tsuba are both just for display purpose.~ These were intended for a Higo koshirae restoration project. Project got shelved in favor of an O wari one for that particular blade. True Higo good condition i ron ones took a long time to find for the project, but now they go back into the wild. These are pretty straight forward. See photos, a nd ask any questions. Good little middle end set for mounting or enjoying as i s. Note there was some silver nunome on the fuchi at one point, but most is rubbed or oxidized off.__________________________________________________________These and the Norisuke tsuba the l ast real fittings I will list for a while.
